Please do the following:
1. Go to either
Start>Run>Settings>Control Panels>Add/Remove Programs
or
Start>Run>Control Panels>Add/Remove Programs
depending on how your Windows is setup, then find the module's name in the list, then click it and click "Change" and then "Remove".
3. Once the installation has completed, please run our software.

There is no need to remove the "Music Coach Player" program
2. Go to the installer file that you downloaded from us and double-click it. A couple of steps into the installation process choose a "custom installation" and direct the installer to use C:\Program Files\Music Coach\3. Once the installation has completed, please run our software.
