This problem occurs for customers who have also installed the freeware program Advanced Windows Care from IOBit. The installation of Advanced Windows Care corrupts one of the Music Coach Player's shared components. IOBit have revised their installer to now prevent this from happening.
To resolve the error please download and run the updated version (V1.71) of Advanced Windows Care from this link: http://www.iobit.com/download/AWC_Install.exe
