Limited Guarantee

Charanga guarantees to the original purchasers of this product that it shall not show any fault in normal use for a period of 30 days. In the event that it does not meet the terms of this guarantee, Charanga's entire liability and the purchasers exclusive remedy shall be at Charanga's discretion if the product is returned to Charanga within 60 days of the original purchase and is accompanied by the following details: your full name and address, date, location, and means of purchase. Remedy shall be either: a) return of the price paid; or b) replacement of the product. This limited guarantee is void if failure of the software has resulted from misuse, accident or misapplication.

Under no circumstances will Charanga's liability exceed the original purchase price nor shall Charanga be liable for any incidental or consequential damage, even if Charanga Ltd has been informed of the possibilities of such damage. Neither can Charanga be deemed liable for any damages resulting from the use of the information contained in the product. Whilst every care and precaution has been taken in the preparation of the material contained within this product, Charanga does not accept responsibility for any omissions or errors.

This agreement is governed by the laws of England. Your statutory rights are not affected.
