If you have any questions that you don't find on our website you can always call us on +44 (0)1273 823 900 between 9:30 and 17:00 UK time from Monday to Friday, or email us at webmaster@charanga.com. Whatever type of question you have we will try and help and calls are charged at normal (not premium) rates.

Customers rarely have any problems with our software, but if you do you can phone our Technical Support team, also on +44 (0)870 010 7771 between 9:30 and 18:00 UK time from Monday to Friday. Calls are charged at local call rate.

We also have an easy refund policy so if you are not completely happy with your software just return it to us within 30 days and we will refund you in full.
